Our History

Chuck Vuytowecz founded Priority One Mortgage, Inc. and has been serving Southern California Home Owners since 1988. On the belief that selling or buying a home could be faster, easier and more efficient, Vuytowecz turned to Real Estate and Marketing Expert Dave Crumby and Operations Expert Dave Weltsch. On November 15, 1999, Vuytowecz, Crumby, and Weltsch turned their idea into a reality when they launched Priority One Group. Two months later, on January 21, 2000, Priority One Group celebrated the acceptance of its first real estate offer. Since then, the company has continued to expand its services, offering excellent service, savings, and convenience to clients throughout California.
