About Chuck and Pam...

Chuck and Pam have been well established in the real estate industry for over 20 years.

They first started as mortgage bankers. Then in the mid 90’s, Chuck and Pam expanded their horizons by getting involved in the real estate side. They eventually decided to open up their own real estate and mortgage loan company in 1999. This marked the birth of Priority One Group.

The Priority One Group was encouraged to become involved in the Pauma Valley real estate market by friends and neighbors with investment in the community. Since Chuck and Pam had purchased their first home within the gates of the Country Club in 1996, they already understood the unique attraction of living in Pauma Valley. It didn’t take long before this husband and wife team with a special love for their “small piece of heaven” they call home excelled as Pauma Valley realtors. Their many successes serving within the community attest to that.
